The Missouri Pharmacy Business Council was created for the state's local independently owned pharmacies to be able to assist each other and share information regarding the ever-changing landscape of pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) dubious practices in Missouri. We are dedicated to supporting Missouri’s independent pharmacies by bringing awareness to the problems local pharmacies and their patients face daily due to PBM anticompetitive business practices, and by educating Missouri’s patients, employers, unions, and legislators on PBM issues. In addition to education, we are dedicated to seeing both meaningful legislation and actionable enforcement regarding PBMs take place in Missouri.
