TAKE ACTION. PUSH MISSOURI PBM REFORM!

We need your help: The 2026 Missouri legislative session is a critical opportunity to rein in pharmacy benefit managers (PBM) abuses and protect patients, employers, and community pharmacies.

Senate Bill 843 (Sen. Jil Carter) &
House Bill 1850 (Rep. John Hewkin):

These bills would bring long-overdue transparency, fair pricing, and accountability to the prescription drug system in Missouri. The bills require PBMs to disclose pricing data, act in the best interest of patients and employers, ensure fair pharmacy reimbursement, and curb abusive audit and payment practices. These reforms aim to safeguard patient access and prevent pharmacy closures, especially in rural and underserved communities.
